Signing up for service was the hardest part of working with Seminole Office. I used the web site and after not hearing anything for 2 days I phoned in to talk to a person. After filling out a questionnaire, providing a picture of my unit, providing a copy of my business card, and filling out the credit card authorization form, I was finally on the schedule! This took 5 days to complete. That being said, once communication was established, everything went extremely well and moved along. Our technician, Julius, kept me informed of the ticket status. Once here he did a very good job, he was thorough, and professional, he even made some recommendations on how to avoid service in the future. I could not be happier with the service!
Unfortunately I do not have a need for a contract, as the machine serviced has been relegated to personal use. I will be sure to recommend Seminole to my friends, warning them to skip the internet requests and call directly :).
