Seminole has some of the best technicians that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their technical team always explains what is wrong and what needs to be done or replaced. The Seminole staff takes good care of us and our technology needs.
Seminole staff is always very friendly and helpful. The last issue we had was due to old toner that was solid as a rock. We placed a call, and as always, the technical team got out here quick and kept us informed. Even when the technicians run late due to prior calls they call to inform me of the delay, and are quick to resolve any issues when they arrive.
We have been customers of Seminole Office Solutions for close to 5 years and we have seen a huge improvement with service in the last few years. We especially love our new tech Joe Duran, he is the best technician! WE LOVE HIM!!!
SOS Techs are so professional and very polite, they listen to the problem and then address it, without over speaking when me or my team are explaining. Service always jumps right in and gets things moving again which we very much appreciate since it is always extremely busy here and the new equipment was needed. Our assigned tech Ernesto is a great representative for your company and deserves special mention, he always explains the problem and the resolution, he also provides training when needed.

Seminole service is always a prompt, they send emails to follow up and the techs keep me informed of their ETA. Our techs always test and clean the equipment before leaving.
Signing up for service was the hardest part of working with Seminole Office. I used the web site and after not hearing anything for 2 days I phoned in to talk to a person. After filling out a questionnaire, providing a picture of my unit, providing a copy of my business card, and filling out the credit card authorization form, I was finally on the schedule! This took 5 days to complete. That being said, once communication was established, everything went extremely well and moved along. Our technician, Julius, kept me informed of the ticket status. Once here he did a very good job, he was thorough, and professional, he even made some recommendations on how to avoid service in the future. I could not be happier with the service!
Unfortunately I do not have a need for a contract, as the machine serviced has been relegated to personal use. I will be sure to recommend Seminole to my friends, warning them to skip the internet requests and call directly :).
Seminole has great communication! Whenever I place a service call I receive a couple of emails letting me know the status of my ticket which I appreciate. When the tech arrives they are very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. . The techs always take great care to explain the issue to me and repair the problems as quickly and efficiently as able. Seminole really gets what customer service is really about
Seminole has been our vendor for close to a decade, and I am always surprised at their incredibly fast service response. Last time I scheduled a service call I received an email confirmation within 15 minutes of picking up the phone. Excellent service!
What I love about Seminole is the support they provide not only during the buying process but for the entire length os the contract. When we recieve service, their technicians always show us how to resolve the issue in the future, but remind us that we can always call for assistance when needed.

Almost 25 years ago, Terry Wilcox walked into a space in a warehouse where I set up a specialty graphics company. It was a small 2-person operation that had was in need of a copier that was specialized. Terry found the solution, obtained financing for a new company and the rest is history. Seminole Office Products as it was known then, was my one solution to all my copy and supply needs. As we grew so did our need for different types of copiers. Over the years, Terry and his staff have updated the copiers to fit our needs. They also are the most competitive in pricing and service. I know why it’s now known as Seminole Office Solutions.
